MIDI
Katla is equipped with two DIN ports used to send and receive MIDI data.
For firmware 0.3.0 MPE zones, MIDI Thru, bend ranges, program changes, and CC reference, see MPE and MIDI and CC Mapping.
MIDI Channel
Section titled “MIDI Channel”In Standard MIDI mode, Katla processes input on a single MIDI channel. Channel selection works by counting in binary.

Choose your MIDI Channel by adding up the numbers and adding 1. By default MIDI Channel 1 accepts all MIDI messages.
When MPE is enabled, channel routing is determined by the MPE zone settings instead. See MPE and MIDI.
